Born and raised in Cornwall, I’m proud to serve the community that shaped me. As a mom raising two amazing kids, I understand how important it is to feel your best so you can show up fully for the people who matter most.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients both from my home practice and at a local clinic. Throughout my career, I’ve pursued advanced training in treating conditions related to the head, neck, voice, swallowing, and TMJ, allowing me to support clients dealing with complex and often overlooked concerns. In addition to focused therapeutic work, I offer deep tissue, relaxation, and prenatal massage treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs.

I truly love what I do. Helping people move better, feel better, and live with less pain is what drives me every day. Opening my own clinic allows me to create a more focused, personalized practice and bring elevated, specialized treatments to Cornwall.
